Momail salutes top women in Swedish IT Industry

Interesting and article from IDG today regarding the top women in the Swedish IT Industry (in Swedish), which is also related to a blog entry from What's Next lamenting the same issue. As women conduct more purchases on the web, and communicate more on mobiles via voice, SMS, email, chat, etc - wouldn't it make sense to encourage more women to take active management positions in this industry?
